By retaining KLNB-LAND to represent them as their for fee developer, these landowners are able to utilized our skill and expertise as land developers to maximize the value of their landholdings.

We work on the land owner's behalf to hire the various land planners, civil engineers, consultants, land use attorneys and other development professionals required to successfully development and implement your residential or commercial project. We are your developer – attending every meeting, giving direction to all of the consultants as needed, meeting with government and community representatives and  pushing the project onward to completion.  We give you regular progress reports and submit to you a monthly accounting of all expenses which you pay directly without mark up from us.   We receive both a monthly developer’s fee and a percentage of profit from the sale of the project or no monthly fee but a larger percentage of the profit once the project is sold.
