Although other real estate firms regularly charge 10% or more of the gross sales price to sell your land, our standard fee is just 6% of the gross sales price. We are able to keep our cost low because we realize that by showing the true value of your land, we are able to earn a more aggressive price for you and a higher commission for us. Normally, our fee is all inclusive – meaning that from our fee we include the cost of marketing your property, whether we need to run a news paper advertising campaign, create a dedicate website, or print up several hundred Developer’s Packages. We get paid only when you do. Our fee structure is tied to your payment schedule. This allows you to retain a true professional land brokerage firm without having to worry about paying a retainer or monthly fees. Simply put, we get paid only when you do. If we are unable to sell your property, then there isn’t a charge for the work that we have completed. *
